Perry Lakes Road Relay (Race 2 of Winter Cup Series)
This event is the second race of the Winter Cup Series and takes place at Perry Lakes on 9 August 2026. The competition is staged as a relay covering a total of 12 km, run as a 4 x 3 km relay.
Teams may be composed as all men, all women, or mixed (two men and two women). A single runner may complete all four legs for a team. One team member registers on behalf of the whole team. The Race Director is UWA Athletics Club and the event is organised in partnership between UWA Athletics Club and the West Australian Marathon Club.
Entrance fees for the 12 km relay are set per team: members and U18 members are free, non-member teams and non-member U18 teams are charged AUD 40 per team. Online registrations close on 6 August 2026; a late registration penalty applies from the Saturday before the event and applies to non-members only.
The Winter Cup Series is a four-race collaboration combining road and cross-country events. A Winter Cup Series cash prize will be awarded to teams that meet eligibility requirements, with prizes for the top three male teams, top three female teams, and top three mixed teams.
