Pendle Pool Triathlon

Pendle Pool Triathlon powered by Fort Vale is held at West Craven Sports Centre, Kelbrook Rd, Barnoldswick BB18 5TB. The event uses the centre pool for the swim leg and a semi‑rural road and track layout for bike and run sections. Organisers state the event supports a range of race formats and has on‑site facilities and free parking.

Features introduced in 2025 include chip timing and finish line photography. Participants receive a custom Pendle Tri Club medal and on-course water and sweets. The event is fully signposted, offers options to pay in full or spread the cost, and lists a volunteer marshal category with no fee.

Operational notes: registration is on arrival with race number issued at registration; some categories require entrants to be aged 15 or over on 31/12/2026. Helmets are mandatory for riders. Swimmers are responsible for counting their own laps. Spectators are allowed but access to parts of the leisure centre grounds is restricted and designated spectator areas are provided.
