BLACK SHEEP WINTER
Black Sheep Winter takes place on Saturday 13 November 2027 and is an end-of-season winter ultra across the Llŷn Peninsula, organised by Black Sheep Events. The event runs on coastal terrain where short daylight hours, unpredictable November weather and rugged trails are notable factors for participants.
The event offers two entry formats. Individuals can take on the full course to experience the route in its entirety. Teams of four can enter the relay format, with each team member completing a section of the course so the route is shared across the team. Entry fees are £85 for the individual full entry and £105 per team for the four-person relay.
All entries include event support, checkpoints, on-course refreshments and Black Sheep finisher medals for those who complete their assigned distance. Black Sheep Winter is part of the Black Sheep Triple Crown medal qualifying series. It is also listed as an ITRA points qualifying event, with points subject to route evaluation and confirmation.
