Pell City Rotary Club Jingle Bell Run
The Pell City Rotary Club Jingle Bell Run is scheduled for December 12, 2026 at Lakeside Park in Pell City, Alabama. The event includes multiple running options and raises funds for the Col. Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home to create a fully handicap accessible garden with raised planter beds, an herb garden, a flower garden with water features, and gathering spaces for veterans of varying mobility.

The 5K and 10K courses repeat the 2025 routes and are certified under course number AL25014JE. Registration includes a race t-shirt, a swag bag, and post-race refreshments. Registration fees listed are $40 for the 5K, $50 for the 10K, and $40 for the 1 mile event. Entries must be submitted by November 29 to guarantee a t-shirt size and a swag bag; registration closes on November 30.
The event offers cash awards for top finishers in the 5K and 10K, and medal awards for the top three male and female finishers in each age group 0-14, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, and 71 plus. A team contest awards a donation up to $1,000 to the organization chosen by the team with the most registrants. Other features include a raffle with a grand prize, Santa appearances, and light post-race refreshments.
Pets are allowed on leash per park rules and owners must clean up after them. Strollers may be difficult on parts of the course, which include asphalt paths, roadways, grass, and a wooden bridge. Registration fees are non refundable and bib transfers are not permitted. The event will take place rain or shine unless extreme weather requires cancellation.
