Pelham Old Home Day 5K Run/Walk
This community 5K run/walk takes place in Pelham, MA as part of the town's Old Home Day celebrations on September 19, 2026. Proceeds support a memorial scholarship fund that provides two annual educational scholarships for local Pelham high school students who plan to pursue a college degree.
The event offers a designated registration fee for the 5K and a day-of registration option for a slightly higher amount; day-of registrations may be paid by cash or check. Kids 12 and under may run for free and receive a bib when registered on race day. Pre-registration guarantees a tee-shirt and size when completed by the stated early deadline in August; on-site shirts will be available to the first 100 registrants for a fee and sizes are not guaranteed. Number and tee-shirt pick up are available on race morning.
Parking is available at the Memorial School, the Elementary School, and the Senior Center. Awards will be presented to male and female finishers in first through third place within each age group: 14 and under, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, and 65 and over; the award ceremony begins at the finish area after the last participant finishes.
