Peconic Landing John May Mile & 5K Run/Walk
This event takes place at Peconic Landing, 1500 Brecknock Road, Greenport, NY. It features a timed 5K road race and an untimed "John May Mile" fitness walk across the Peconic Landing campus. Registration is not yet open and will open before the event date.

Amenities include tee-shirts for the first 100 in-person 5K participants on race day, with sizes distributed on a first come, first served basis. There is on-site brunch, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and other post-event activities.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 9 & under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+.
Bib pickup is handled by event staff. Registrants must know their bib number to pick up a bib; a Self Lookup area is available for those who do not know their number. Registrants who register within 24 hours of bib pickup may receive their bib number by text or use the Self Lookup option.
The course does not permit strollers, baby joggers, rollerblades, skates, or pets. Live results and same-day finish line photos are provided, along with additional event photos on social media.
