Event overview
The SRC 10 Mile Run to Moriches Field Brewery takes place on January 17, 2026 in Center Moriches, NY (1 Wilcox Ave). The event includes a 10 mile in-person race, a charity entry option for the 10 mile race, and a Virtual Moriches Field Brewery Run. The in-person course finishes at Moriches Field Brewery and is USATF certified. The course passes water views of Moriches Bay and Senix Creek, runs along Main Street near the halfway point, goes past parks, crosses several small bridges, and includes one hill on Canal Street.
Logistics, awards and charity
Packet pickup is scheduled on the two days before the race at Sayville Running Company and at Moriches Field Brewery; there is no race day packet pickup. Parking is free at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck and is a short walk to the start; free shuttle buses will return participants from the finish to the parking area. A paid round-trip bus option is available from Sayville and Patchogue for a listed fee. Bag check is available at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck.
All finishers receive a medal and a long-sleeve technical race shirt. Custom beer steins are awarded to the top three overall and masters finishers. Pint glass awards are given to the top three in age groups starting at 21-24 and continuing in five-year increments to 80+. Net proceeds are donated to Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck and Helping Makes U Happy; a limited charity-entry option requires a fundraising commitment. The race is capped at 750 registrants and is open to participants aged 21 and older. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
