Peak District Birthday Bash : Castleton, 18 April 2026
The Peak District Birthday Bash is a long-distance outdoor event based at The Peveril Centre in Castleton, S33 8WP. The route circles the central Peak District and passes a variety of upland and valley landscapes. The event offers two measured courses and is presented as part of a celebration of the anniversary of the Peak District National Park.

- Full Bash 70 kilometres (43.5 miles)
- Half Bash 35 kilometres (22.75 miles)
Age and eligibility requirements include minimum ages for each course: the Full Bash requires participants to be 20 years or older and the Half Bash requires participants to be 18 years or older. General event minimum age is 18 or older. Entry periods are specified and entries are handled through the SiEntries system, with entries opening 27 May 2025 and closing 5 April 2026.
Entry fees are listed for affiliated and non affiliated entrants: Full Bash from £70 to £72 and Half Bash from £43 to £45. The event notes an option to purchase XCover to allow for possible refunds in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
