The Peace of Mind 5K Run/Walk takes place on April 26, 2026 at Kiwanis Park, 101 E Baseline Road, Tempe, AZ 85283. The event is organized by StartLine Racing and includes an in-person 5K run/walk and a virtual run option. The event supports a scholarship fund that provides financial assistance for adults to access mental health services and aims to raise awareness about mental health in the community. The event is held rain or shine and there are no refunds for weather-related cancellations.

Registration prices listed in the event details are $35 for the 5K and $30 for the virtual run; day-of registration for the 5K is listed at $45. Mail-in registrations are accepted through April 20, 2026. Virtual registrations are restricted to U.S. addresses; virtual participants receive a custom finisher's medal and a dri-fit tech t-shirt, and virtual packets are mailed the week after the event. Packet pick-up is available the Friday before the race at Sole Sports in Tempe and also on race morning.
All participants receive a finisher's medal and a dri-fit tech t-shirt (with a shirt opt-out available for a reduced fee). The event is chip timed with live results and photos, offers age-group awards for the top three in multiple age categories, welcomes wheelchairs, strollers, wagons and leashed pets, and prohibits roller blades, skateboards and motorized devices.
