Event overview
The PB&J Run returns to Albert Whitted Park in downtown St. Petersburg on September 19, 2026 for the event’s 10th annual race. The event features waterfront USATF-certified courses that are chip-timed. Routes pass local landmarks including the Dalí Museum, the St. Pete Pier, and the Vinoy Hotel. A post-race JAMboree provides unlimited peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at the finish line.

The event states that fundraising is its sole purpose: 100% of proceeds support the Pinellas County non-profit Directions for Living, which provides services for people who are homeless, individuals experiencing mental illness, families facing food insecurity, and others experiencing trauma.
