PB&J Run
The PB&J Run is a charity road race held at Albert Whitted Park in downtown St. Petersburg on September 19, 2026. The event marks its tenth annual edition and features waterfront USATF certified courses that pass local landmarks including the Dalí Museum, the St. Pete Pier, and the Vinoy Hotel. Runners can expect sunrise views over the Gulf along the course.
Available race distances include:
- 5K
- 10K
Courses are chip timed and carry course numbers FL22023JK for the 5K and FL22027JK for the 10K. A 15K Challenge is offered; participants in that challenge receive a separate challenge gift.
Race registration includes a hinged finisher medal, a performance t-shirt with an option to upgrade to a tank top or long sleeve, a commemorative race bib, and access to the post-race JAMboree where unlimited peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are provided at the finish. The event is organized to raise funds for Directions for Living; 100 percent of proceeds support that nonprofit’s services for people experiencing homelessness, mental illness, food insecurity, and other community traumas.
Reasonable accommodations for accessibility are available through the event planner or the City of St. Petersburg Community Affairs Division. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
