Paws & Pom-Poms Run : Freeman Lake Park, August 22, 2026
The event is a community road run at Freeman Lake Park in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, held on August 22, 2026. Proceeds support the TK Stone Middle School cheer team. The event features multiple distances and a separate kids fun run.

Course-side cheer stations and cheerleaders with pom-poms are planned along the route. Participants receive custom race shirts and finisher medals when provided. Awards are presented near the finish line immediately following the race and include overall awards for top male and female finishers, age group first place awards in these groups: 10 and under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60 plus, plus special spirit awards.
Special spirit awards listed include Best Cheer Spirit Outfit, Best Panther Pride Team for coordinated groups, and Top Fundraising Team supporting the TK Stone Cheer Team.
