Pawfest is a community pet festival on Park St in Endicott that includes running events, a pet pageant and a street festival. The event features live music, food trucks and vendors, and a variety of activities for families and dogs. It benefits Team HopeFull, which supports people with Prader-Willi syndrome and other developmental disabilities, and it supports Pawlandias.

- 1K For the Dogs Run/Walk (all dogs must have proof of current rabies vaccination)
- Lil' Pups Kids Race
The event includes a pup pageant with categories such as Best Smile, Best Dressed, Best Trick, Biggest Helper, Cutest Couple, Best Rescue Story and Most Unique Feature. The 5K has awards for overall male and female, masters male and female, and age division prizes; overall winners receive $50 each and raffle tickets, and age division winners receive gift cards and raffle tickets. Junior 5K age divisions and prize details are listed by age groups.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Crooked Mouth Brewery and on the event day at Park St. Vendor registration reserves a 10 by 20 space and vendor setup and breakdown are organized by the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
