Patterson Park Church 5k
The Patterson Park Church 5k is an in-person running and walking event held in Dayton, Ohio. The race course follows a 5 km distance through the local area, starting and finishing at the church grounds. This event takes place regardless of weather conditions, and the Family Life Center is available for participants on the morning of the race.
The event features a variety of age divisions for participants:
- 9 and under
- 10-14
- 15-19
- 20-24
- 25-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70 and over
Registered participants receive a post-race breakfast as part of their entry. Event shirts are provided to the first 200 individuals who register, and there is an option to opt out of receiving a shirt for a reduced registration fee. Cash awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers, and medals are given to the top three finishers within each age group.
