Patterson Park Church Good Neighbor 5k
The Patterson Park Church Good Neighbor 5k is an in-person 5k run and walk held on August 22, 2026 at Patterson Park Church in Dayton, OH. The course covers 3.1 miles and is described as flat, fast and shady. Aid is provided with water stations at the one- and two-mile marks and at the finish area.
Proceeds from the event support Hands Against Hunger. The entry fee is $25.00 and shirts are included for the first 200 registrants; there is a $5 option to decline a shirt. Event registration opens on February 1, 2026 and closes on August 22, 2026. Race day registration and pre-registered packet pick-up are offered on the day of the event.
Awards include cash prizes of $75, $50 and $25 for the top three male and top three female finishers, plus medals for the top three finishers in each age division. Age divisions are: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.
