Patrolman Samuel Irvin Legacy 5K Run/Walk

An inaugural Legacy 5K Run/Walk honoring a local Mansfield Township patrolman is held at Mansfield Township Park in Columbus, New Jersey. The course follows the paved Kinkora Trail, winding through woods and farm fields for a 5K that can be run or walked. Entry is $50 for adults (kids 11–13: $25).

Proceeds benefit Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation and a scholarship at Northern Burlington County Regional High School. The event combines a scenic rural setting with community support, inviting participants to honor a fallen officer’s legacy through fitness and charitable giving.
