Pathfinder 5K Run/Walk
The Pathfinder 5K Run/Walk is an athletic event held in Avon Park, Florida. Participants complete a distance of 3.1 miles through a course starting at 507 W Hal McRae Blvd. The event is open to both runners and walkers, with two different registration options available during the sign-up period.
The proceeds from this event support Pathfinder programs. Pathfinders is a worldwide, faith-based co-ed organization sponsored by the church, specifically designed for young people in grades 5-12, typically ranging from ages 10 to 15. The organization focuses on spiritual, social, and physical development through various activities throughout the year.
The funds raised help provide annual camping experiences and financial assistance for the youth involved in the organization. These programs center on developing leadership, character, and spiritual growth within the church community. Participants can choose between two entry categories:

- 3.1 Miles (Pathfinder 5K Run/Walk without shirt)
