Patchogue Family YMCA 5K Run/Walk 2027
The event is a community 5K run/walk scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Shorefront Park, 49 Smith Street, Patchogue, NY 11772. Registration is not yet open; registration will open ahead of the date listed on the event site.
Post-race amenities include awards, prizes, refreshments and sponsor giveaways. T-shirts are available on a first come, first serve basis. Results are posted live online and by email or text, with free video and same-day finish line photos.
Awards include a Top 1 male and female overall prize of a one-year Full Adult YMCA membership and a YMCA gift basket. Top three male and female finishers in each age group receive medals. Age groups cover 15 & Under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.
Pre-race bib pickup is scheduled at the Patchogue Family YMCA, 255 W. Main Street, Patchogue. Day-of-race bib pickup is available at Shorefront Park. Virtual entries are shipped to participants, with shipping occurring between one week before and one week after the event.
The course is USATF certified. Proceeds benefit the YMCA Community Food Distribution Program to provide fresh, nutritious food to local families in need. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
