Steady Strides - Parkinson Support and Wellness
The 18th annual Steady Strides takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, OH (5460 Courseview Dr). The event is organized by Parkinson Support and Wellness and combines a timed community 5K with youth activities and a post-race gathering.
The day includes event check-in and packet pick-up, an emcee welcome and announcements, pre-race staging and warm-ups, the 5K run/walk, a Lil' Striders fun run for younger participants, awards presentations, a raffle drawing, and a post-race party. Race awards are given to the top two finishers in each age category and to the top overall male and female; awards are distributed at the Timing and Awards booth. Raffle tickets are available both online prior to the event and on site; ticket sales end shortly before the drawing and winners will be posted at the raffle kiosk.
Entry fee is $45 for runners and walkers registered August 1 through September 19. The fee includes one optional Honor/Memory card and a tech race shirt; shirts are guaranteed only for registrations completed by September 5. The event policy states that entry fees are nonrefundable. The venue is accessible from I-71 and I-75, with posted signs directing parking.
