Steady Strides : Parkinson Support and Wellness
Steady Strides is the 18th annual community 5K run/walk organized by Parkinson Support and Wellness on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio (5460 Courseview Dr).
The event program includes event check-in and packet pick-up, a 5K run/walk, a Lil' Striders Fun Run for children, team awards, a raffle, and a post-race party. Race awards are given to the top two finishers in each age category and to the top overall male and female; awards are available at the Timing and Awards booth.
Entry fee is $45 for runners and walkers registered August 1 through September 19 at 11:59am. The fee includes one optional Honor/Memory card and a tech race shirt; the shirt is guaranteed only for registrations completed by September 5. No refunds.
Raffle baskets are available for viewing and raffle tickets can be purchased online prior to the event and on site the day of the event. The venue is accessible from I-71 (Exit 24 or 25) and I-75 (Exit 22); posted signs direct attendees to parking.
