Event Details
The Parkinson's 5K & Wellness Walk takes place at the Lee Health Sports Complex (Hammond Field) in Fort Myers, Florida.
Distances
The event offers two options:
- Parkinson's 5K run
- Parkinson's Wellness Walk (approximately 1 mile)
Participant Information
All registered participants receive a t-shirt and a commemorative finisher's medal. For the 5K event, timing and awards are provided. Awards are given for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as for the top three males and females in multiple age categories, ranging from 0-10 to 70+.
Packet Pickup
Participants can collect their race packets before the event.
- Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, April 10, at Fleet Feet Bell Tower in Fort Myers.
- It is also available on the event day, Saturday, April 11, at the Lee Health Sports Complex.
Purpose
The event benefits the Lee Health Parkinson Program, which provides free support, education, exercise classes, and social activities for individuals and families affected by Parkinson's disease.
