Park View Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk

12th Annual 2025 Park View Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kids Run

The event takes place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in Cranston, Rhode Island at Roger Williams Park across from Park View Middle School on Park Avenue. The event is held to honor Veterans Day. Proceeds will benefit school programs and Operation Stand Down RI. A monetary scholarship will be awarded to a CPS graduate. Packet pick up is scheduled at Park View Middle School the day before the race.

• 5k Adult

  • Entry fee: $30.
  • T-shirts for the first 600 5k registrants.
  • Awards to the top male and female finisher and to top men and women in each division: 8th grade and under, high school division, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

• 5k Elementary and Middle School Students

  • Entry fee: $15.
  • Open to ages 1 to 15.
  • Registration closes November 11, 2025.

• 1 Mile Kids Run

  • Entry fee: $10.
  • Course inside the park on a specially designed route.
  • T-shirts to the first 50 entries for this race.
  • Registration closes November 11, 2025.
