Panda 5K & 1K Fun Run - Frederick, MD

The Parkway Panda 5K & 1K Fun Run takes place on May 25, 2026 and is hosted by Parkway Elementary School. The course passes through Baker Park and nearby neighborhoods in Frederick, and the event benefits the Parkway Elementary School community.

Event distances include:

1K Fun Run
5K for ages 12 and under
5K for ages 13 and up

The start location is near the Baker Park Bandshell at 21 N. Bentz St., Frederick, MD 21701. Race shirts will be provided to participants who register by Friday, May 01, 2026; registrants after May 02 may receive shirts on a first come first serve basis if supplies remain. Packets are available for pick up on Friday, May 22 and on race day.

Awards will be presented to top finishers across multiple age categories, including 7 and under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
