Course and Amenities
The route provides views of the Coachella Valley and the surrounding mountain landscape. While all participants are professionally timed, those who wish to compete for age group awards must register for the specific awards eligible category. Top three finishers in each age group receive recognition.
All registered participants receive a finisher medal, a race t-shirt, and access to food and drinks after the activity. A bus service is provided to transport participants back down the hill from the finish line. A post-race festival is held featuring food, beverage booths, and entertainment.
For the virtual option, participants must complete the distance with at least 1,800 feet of elevation gain. This can be achieved outdoors or using equipment like stairs or treadmills. Virtual participants receive their medal and shirt by mail following the in-person event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
