Palm Springs Pride 5K Run & Walk
The Palm Springs Pride 5K Run & Walk is a community road event on November 7, 2026 in Palm Springs, CA, organized by Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers. The event supports local LGBTQ+ nonprofit beneficiaries and directs 100% of donated funds to those organizations.
The course covers 5K (3.1 miles) through the Old Las Palmas and Vista Las Palmas neighborhoods, beginning at W. Chino Drive and Belardo Road behind The Corridor Shops. The route is a fully paved out-and-back through midcentury neighborhoods with mountain views and passes notable historic residences. Volunteers are stationed along the route and a timing chip is included with race bibs.
The event is capped at 1,200 participants. Registration fees listed by period are: $45 online through September 30, $50 online between October 1 and November 5, $55 in-person on November 6 if space remains, and $25 for youth under 21 through November 6. Online registration closes November 5, 2026. Refunds are not available.
Registered participants receive a tri-blend race shirt in female or unisex sizes unless they opt to donate the shirt fee; sizes are provided first come, first served. Packet pickup is available the day before at The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert and on race morning at the start area. Complimentary Bike Valet is provided by Bike Palm Springs and recycling and refill stations are available at the start/finish area.
Awards include overall top male, female, and non-binary finishers plus age-group medals. Winners must be present to receive medals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
