Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs is a multi-distance trail running event held in Wildwood, Missouri, at 4515 Hencken Road. The program includes a range of distances and a kids fun run. The kids fun run is free.

Registration opens May 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and closes March 30, 2027 at 11:59 PM CST or when field limits are met. First tier price increases occur after September 27, 2026 and final tier increases occur after February 28, 2027 for most distances. The Night 50K has no price increase. The guaranteed swag order deadline is March 14, 2027. Distance change, participant cancellation, and pacer registration deadlines are March 28, 2027 at 11:59 PM.
The event follows a cup free policy and asks participants to bring a mess kit with a plate and spork as part of a zero waste pledge. Since December 2025 the race has partnered with the Trail Mix Fund to cover registration fees for runners who cannot afford them and to support greater diversity among participants.
