Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs - April 9 to 11, 2027
Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs is a multi-distance trail running event held in Wildwood, Missouri, at 4515 Hencken Road. The event weekend includes a range of distances and formats, notably a Night 50K on April 9, 2027, and a free 1 mile Kids Fun Run.
Organized by Terrain Trail Runners, the event offers the following distances:
- 100 miles
- 100 kilometers
- 50 miles
- 50 kilometers
- Night 50K
- 26.2 miles
- 25 kilometers
- 25K RUCK
- 1 mile Kids Fun Run
Registration opens May 22, 2026 and closes in late March 2027; tiered price increases apply for most distances after September 27, 2026 and again after February 28, 2027. The Night 50K is not subject to the price increases.
The event is part of the Trail Mix Fund partnership, which can cover registration fees for eligible runners, and is included in the 50K Mashup Trail Race Series. Race operations follow a sustainability pledge: events are cup-free and participants are asked to bring their own mess kit to reduce single-use waste.
