The Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs take place in Wildwood, Missouri at 4515 Hencken Road over the weekend of April 10 to 12, 2026. The event offers multiple trail race distances and related programs organized by Terrain Trail Runners-STL. Registration opens June 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and closes March 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST or when field limits are reached. The first tier price increase for many distances begins after November 30, 2025 and a final tier increase begins after March 1, 2026. The Night 50K has no price increase. The 1 mile kids fun run is free.
