OxRun & OxDash (run only)
The OxRun and OxDash are run-only options held as part of the OxMan event near Christchurch, New Zealand. They use the same run course as the other event disciplines and share a start with the Mini OxMan.
The course begins on South Eyre Road just past the bike exit. Runners proceed down South Eyre Road, turn left onto the first shingle road, then left into Harewood Road and left again onto the shingle road to the finish area. Athletes turn at the finish line to begin the main lap. The OxRun comprises three laps of the main circuit, while the OxDash comprises one lap.
The route also follows Poyntzs Road and includes a turn point on Worlingham Road before returning on Poyntzs Road and Harewood Road to the finish area. The event takes place on quiet rural roads in North Canterbury and runs alongside other OxMan multisport events, so course directions note where different event groups diverge.
