Oxford Half Marathon
The Oxford Half Marathon takes place on 11 October 2026 and the 2026 entry list is officially sold out. The event marks 15 years since its debut in 2011 and is held in autumn in the city of Oxford.
The race is a fast and flat half marathon covering 13.1 miles through Oxford city centre on closed roads. The route passes a number of historic buildings and sights, and there is live music and spectator support along the course.
Event features for 2026 include an exclusive medal and race tee and a post run event village for participants. Charities are represented at the event; in 2025 the Oxford Half raised over £1.5 million for more than 180 charities, and charity teams provide support to runners during training and on race day.
