About the race
Overton 5 (2025) is the 36th edition of the race, held in Overton, Hampshire. The 5-mile event takes place on fully closed roads, following undulating country lanes and pavements through Overton’s scenic countryside. Open to runners of all abilities and part of the Hampshire Road Race League for 2025/26.
Notable features include a plastic-free race and a unique finisher momento. This year coincides with the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen, with a Jane Austen walking trail available after the race. Registration on race day from the headquarters; transfers allowed until 4 September.
