Overton 5
The Overton 5 is a five mile road race organised by Overton Harriers that runs through the local areas of Overton. The 2026 edition takes place on 6 September 2026 and is scheduled as the second fixture in the Hampshire Road Race League.
The course is held on fully closed roads and the event is run plastic free. Entry fees for 2026 are listed as £23 for non England Athletics affiliated runners and £21 for those with England Athletics affiliation. All finishers receive a race memento supplied for the 2026 event.
Family activities are provided at the race headquarters. There are free kids races before the main event, and food and drink options are available from local providers, including tea, coffee, cakes, bacon sandwiches sold by the local Scouts, an ice cream van, and a fully licensed bar.
