This event takes place on September 19, 2026 at Hampton Bays Middle School, 70 Ponquogue Ave, Hampton Bays, NY. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine.

The course features views of the Atlantic Ocean, Shinnecock Inlet, and Shinnecock Bay from the Ponquogue Bridge and passes through residential neighborhoods of Hampton Bays. The route is described as generally flat and fast but includes the crossing of the Ponquogue Bridge. The course may be adjusted for safety if weather or road conditions require it.
Amenities listed include refreshments, awards, and tees for the first 200 participants. Awards are given to the top overall male and female for each distance and to the top three male and female finishers in the age groups 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Participants must register at Hampton Bays Middle School to obtain a bib and to access bus transportation to the starting area at Warner’s Park. A bib number is required for pickup; registering in advance allows for a personalized bib while last-minute registrants receive a bib number by text. No vehicular traffic is allowed at Warner’s Park.
Rules note that roller blades, headphones, and animals are prohibited. All participants under twelve years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
