Event overview
The Outlaw Holkham weekend takes place on 4-5 July 2026 at Holkham Hall, Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. The two-day multisport event runs across the Holkham Estate with race activity on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday features the Outlaw Gravel Sprint, the Holkham 10k and the Future Outlaw races for younger athletes. Sunday hosts the Outlaw Half distance triathlon and an Aquabike event held alongside it. An event village with food and exhibitors is located on site and spectators can view the finish area and track athlete progress during the races. Volunteer roles are available.
Race distances and formats
- Outlaw Half Holkham: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
- Outlaw Holkham Aquabike: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike
- Outlaw Holkham Gravel Sprint: 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Holkham 10k: 10 km run
- Future Outlaw: Mini 1.2 mile run, Junior 2.4 mile run
Facilities and logistics
On-site camping is provided from midday Friday until 10:00 on Monday and can be booked in one, two or three-night stays. Pitches measure 8 m x 6 m, accommodate one tent and a car or a camping vehicle, and hold up to six people. The campsite has basic showers, washing up facilities and toilets. Dogs are permitted but must remain on a lead because of free-ranging deer and livestock in the estate. Vehicle restrictions for site access are Height: 3.3 metres, Width: 2.9 metres, Weight: 8.25 tonnes. Parking at the venue is charged; one- and two-day passes can be purchased in advance and campsite pitches allow one vehicle without a separate parking pass.
