OUTLAST Seattle is a six hour trail endurance challenge held on 07/18/2026 in Sammamish, WA. The local event listed is the "6 Hour Challenge" with a distance of 18 Miles. Runners complete a 5K loop every hour; each lap must be finished within the hour to continue. If a lap is not completed on time, the participant is removed from the event. Those who complete all six laps receive a premium OUTLAST medal and a national leaderboard ranking.

Each 5K is timed individually and the combined time for all six laps determines local winners and national standings. Top male and female finishers at each event are awarded a 1st Place OUTLAST prize. Finishers are added to a national leaderboard; the fastest runner across all OUTLAST 6-hour events is designated National Champion with a $1,000 prize. City champions and top national times also earn spots and prizes for the Outlast Championship.

Courses are trail based and include dirt, rocks, roots, elevation changes, and sometimes pavement or gravel. Aid is available at the basecamp or loop start with water, basic hydration, and snacks. This is a cupless event; participants are expected to use their own bottle or hydration system.
