The ORRRC Englewood 5k is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2026. It is presented by the Ohio River Road Runners Club, a volunteer 501(c)(3) Ohio non-profit. The event is described as a club "small race" with chip-timed results and refreshments provided.
Location and course
The race takes place at Englewood Metropark West Park, 100 E. National Rd., Englewood, OH 45322. The course is an out-and-back on the bike path. The first 0.5 mile is mostly downhill and the final 0.5 mile includes a notable uphill section. Parking is accessed via entrance ER-5 at the intersection of National Road (US 40) and Main Street (US 48) in downtown Englewood; the event will use Lawmill Shelter.
Registration, fees and awards
Pre-registration is handled through RunSignup; race day registration is available in person with hard copy forms if needed. Minors may be pre-registered by a parent or guardian and must have a signed liability waiver. Current ORRRC members run free. Non-members pay $10 for ages 15 and up; ages 14 and under are free. Awards include overall male/female, masters (over 40), grand masters (over 50), seniors (over 60), ribbons for ages 0-9, and finisher medals for top 3 in multiple age-group categories.
