Event Details
The Ormond Beach Police Athletic League Donut Dash 5K takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Ormond Beach, Florida. The start and finish area is at the back of the Trails Shopping Center, located at 254 North Nova Road.
Race Format
The event is a 5K Run/Walk. The course goes through the Trails and Tomoka Oaks neighborhoods. A notable feature are donut stations on the course, provided by Krispy Kreme. Professional timing and scoring is handled by Hasselmania Productions LLC, using disposable electronic tags attached to bib numbers. Results are posted at the race site and live online at RaceSmith.com.
Fees and Registration
Entry fees are nonrefundable. The standard fee is $25 through March 25, increasing to $35 from March 26 to April 17, and $45 for race day registration. A reduced fee of $20 applies for children under 12 and for first responders. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Amenities and Awards
Participants receive a T-shirt, with availability and size only guaranteed for those who register by March 25. After that date, shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Medals are given to the first 350 registered participants.
Awards are presented to the top overall male and female finishers. Age group awards go to the top three finishers in numerous categories, from 9 and under up to 80 and above.
Beneficiary
Proceeds from the event benefit the youth programs of the Ormond Beach Police Athletic League.
