About the race
Orange Peel to Pavement is a 5K Run/Walk held at Thomas Bull Memorial Park in Montgomery, NY (Hudson Valley). The event offers multiple formats: in-person 5K Run/Walk, a virtual 5K, a 5K Team option, and a Kids Run for ages 1–12. It is organized by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Alpha Gamma Eta Omega, and aims to promote Mental Health Awareness and fund scholarships for Orange County high school seniors.
The day promises a family-friendly atmosphere with food and music for participants and spectators. GPS should use 94 Grove Street, Campbell Hall for the day camp area. This is the second annual event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
