Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support Hero Harvest Fun Run 5K
Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support presents a community 5K fun run held at Lock 9 Park in Piqua, Ohio. The course runs south along the Great Miami River Trail, is marked, and includes a water station at the half way point. Participants receive a race number, a t shirt and a snack at the finish.
Registration is offered online with fees listed by age: ages 13 and up and ages 5 to 12 have different entry fees. Registrants who want a guaranteed t shirt must be registered by September 20. Pre event packet pickup is available at the Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support office at 1001 N. 25A, Troy, OH 45373. Race day check in takes place at Lock 9 Park 125 E Water St, Piqua, OH 45356.
Competitive divisions are separated by sex and age with multiple age groups from youth through senior categories. Awards are given to the top overall male and female and to the top three finishers in each age division.
