ONT's 5K at the Runway
ONT's 5K at the Runway is scheduled for February 14, 2026, at Ontario International Airport. The event is the airport’s 4th annual 5K and is held at the National Guard Hangar, 2180 E Avion St., Ontario, CA 91761. A portion of proceeds supports the USO at Ontario International Airport; the USO at ONT is described as the third largest in the country and serves thousands of service members each year. Registration is open and a special early-bird discount is available through December 13th. Registration items include one event T-shirt, a medal, and one free drink at the Brewery X Biergarten (21+ with ID).

The 5K uses a three-lap course on the south side of the airfield. The course is described as low-lying and flat, running parallel to the San Gabriel Mountains and within sight of Mount Baldy. A free Community Event will be held in the National Guard Hangar and is open to the public; it features airport vendors, the ONT Paw Squad, food trucks, and kid’s activities. Packet pick-up is scheduled for February 13 (3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and on the day of the event beginning at 6:30 a.m. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
