Ontario Summit Trail Races - September 12, 2026
Organized by FarFetched Enterprises, this trail event takes place at Ontario County Park at Gannett Hill near Naples, NY. The event will use a short course and a long course rather than emphasizing precise distance targets, while still offering the listed race options below.

Race headquarters is at Wilson Lodge. A parking loop and reserved pavilions are designated for event parking; the lot next to the lodge is reserved for staff and volunteers. Traffic will be directed on site and the main park road is one-way counter-clockwise. Participants are asked not to park on the course, on the main park road, or in the small lots by the jump off.
Camping options are available near the lodges and standard campsites or cabins can be reserved separately through the park. The weekend includes evening social time before the races and breakfast offerings the morning of the event.
Post-race provisions include hand-made burritos, beer and other beverages, fruit and snacks, and on-site physical therapy support from In Motion Physical Therapy FLX. Giveaways include a long sleeve cotton/poly shirt and a pint glass; shirts are guaranteed for registrations before August 22. Awards will be given to overall female and male finishers on each course and to a random selection of participants.
The event has a single price with no increases and allows distance switching, deferrals, and refunds without fees within published deadlines. The Race Director may disqualify participants for unsporty actions such as abusive behavior, littering or tampering with course markings, receiving aid outside designated areas, pacing by non-participants, or course cutting.
