About the race
Only In Harlem 5K Run/Walk is a community road event held on Randall's Island in New York. The event takes place rain or shine at Randall's Island Field #10, 130 Central Road, New York, NY 10035. The course is described as Wappinger and Munsee Lenape lands and the event partners with organizations that acknowledge and support Indigenous communities. Event amenities include live results, an Only In Harlem branded race number, music, refreshments, and raffles provided by Brooks Running.
There is no formal bag check; an informal bag drop will be available but the event cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. Public bathrooms are located within a few minutes walk from the start and finish, and portable toilets are provided at the race site. Awards are given to the top overall finishers in the male, female, and other gender categories. Bib pickup is available in person at the event location and virtual bibs are shipped to participants; participants need to know their bib number for pickup and a self lookup area is provided for those who do not.
Live online, email, and text results are provided, along with free video and same day finish line photos. Proceeds are split between Harlem Run and the Never Stop Running Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
