One Mile With a Smile 12 Hour Endurance Run
The event is a 12 hour endurance run held at Oak Grove Lake Park in Chesapeake, VA. Participants complete multiple laps of a 1.5 mile loop that passes along the lake and through wooded areas. The course is tree lined, flat, and entirely unpaved, offering a mixture of panoramic lake views and forested, wildlife habitat.
