One Mile With a Smile 12 Hour Endurance Run
The event is a 12 hour endurance run held at Oak Grove Lake Park in Chesapeake, VA. Participants complete multiple laps of a 1.5 mile loop and may run as much or as little as they want during the time limit.
The loop is tree lined, flat, and completely unpaved. Course scenery includes panoramic views of the lake as well as forested areas with wildlife. One aid station will be located at the start area.
