One Last Tri - White Bear Lake, MN
One Last Tri is the final multisport event of the season held at White Bear Lake County Park. The event offers Sprint and Olympic triathlons, Aqua Bike options, and relay team entries. The course layout features a shortened swim, a rolling-hill bike route through local horse farms and vineyards, and a flat lakeside run along White Bear Lake. A collegiate division is offered for eligible athletes.
Race options include:
- Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Aqua Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, no run
- Relay teams allowed
The event is open to athletes age 10 and older when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Starts use a time trial and self seeded format. Race packets are distributed at Ramsey County Beach and include the race bib, a timing chip, and event shirt when selected. Timing chips must be worn on the left ankle.
Additional event features include free park and overflow parking, free professional race photography, a post race barbecue and awards ceremony, and age group awards with separate collegiate division awards.
