One Last Tri - overview
One Last Tri is the final triathlon of the season held in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The event includes Olympic and Sprint triathlon options, Aqua Bike options, and relay teams. All ages and abilities are welcome. Athletes as young as age 10 may compete if they race with a parent or guardian. Registration is nonrefundable and race day registrations accept cash or check only.
Race options and course
Race options include Sprint, Olympic, Aqua Sprint, and Aqua Olympic. The event uses a time trial and self-seeded start format for triathlons. The bike course passes through rolling-hill horse farms and vineyards; the run course is flat and lakeside along White Bear Lake.
- Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Aqua Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, no run
Logistics and awards
The venue is White Bear Lake County Park. Race packets include a race bib, timing chip, and shirt if selected. Timing chips must be worn on the left ankle. Free park parking and overflow parking are available. Professional race photography is provided at no additional cost. Awards include top overall male and female and top three male and female in listed age groups; a separate collegiate division has awards in five-year age groups.
