One Last Tri
One Last Tri is the final triathlon of the season held at White Bear Lake County Park in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The event offers Sprint and Olympic distances, Aqua Bike options, and relay entries, plus a collegiate division added in 2025. The bike course passes through rolling hills, local horse farms and vineyards, and the run follows a flat lakeside route along White Bear Lake. The swim distance is shortened for this event schedule.
Race options include:
- Sprint: 400 yd swim, 13.6 mi bike, 3.1 mi run
- Olympic: 800 yd swim, 23.3 mi bike, 6.2 mi run
- Aqua Sprint: 400 yd swim, 13.6 mi bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 800 yd swim, 23.3 mi bike, no run
Additional event details: time trial and self-seeded starts for triathlons; athletes should wear timing chips on the left ankle; parking is free in the park and overflow areas; professional race photography is provided at no additional cost. Awards include top overall male and female and top three in each age group, with separate collegiate division awards. The event includes a post-race barbecue and an awards ceremony.
