Event overview
One Last Tri takes place on September 20, 2026, at White Bear Lake County Park (5050 Lake Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110). It is the final triathlon of the season and offers Olympic and Sprint distances, aqua bike options, a collegiate division, and relay teams. The course features a scenic, rolling-hill bike route through local horse farms and vineyards and a flat lakeside run. The event includes a post-race barbecue and a post-race awards ceremony. Free park parking and overflow parking are available.
Race options and logistics
- Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, 6.2 mile run
- Aqua Sprint: 400 yard swim, 13.6 mile bike, no run
- Aqua Olympic: 800 yard swim, 23.3 mile bike, no run
Time trial and self-seeded starts are used for all triathlons. Athletes must wear the timing chip on the left ankle. Packet pick-up is at Ramsey County Beach the morning of the race and includes bib, timing chip, and event shirt if selected. Race-day registration accepts cash or check only.
Awards and services
Top overall male and female winners are recognized, plus the top three male and female athletes in each age group (age brackets begin at 19 and Under and continue in five-year increments up to 70+). A separate collegiate division awards top finishers in five-year age groups. A professional photographer will be on site and results are provided by an event results service.
