Ona Mission Multisport Adventure
Ona Mission is a multisport event held at Mission Beach and Dunk Island in Queensland. The course combines five stages in sequence: paddle, run, paddle, mountain bike and run. The event offers both individual and team entries and has separate short and long course options. Junior participation is allowed on the short course for ages 13 to 17 with parent or guardian approval.
The on course route includes a paddle from South Mission Beach to Dunk Island, a trail run through island rainforest, a paddle back to the mainland, a mountain bike loop that uses beach, road and World Heritage rainforest trails including Fenbys Gap and Musgravea Track, and a final beach and trail run to the finish at the Kennedy Walking Track. Organisers may change the course ahead of race day.

- Short course total 42 km
- Long course total 59 km
Participants must be self sufficient for water and nutrition on all stages and must wear their race number or bib. Paddlers must use a suitable watercraft and a Type 1 or Type 2 personal flotation device; inflatable PFDs are not permitted. A dry bag for running shoes is required for the island run. Mountain bikers must use a bike and an Australian standards cycling helmet; e bikes may enter but will be non competitive. Transition areas provide water refills and checkpoints require race numbers to be recorded.
