The course runs through pine forests and Laurel Highlands terrain. It features singletrack through dense pines, rolling hills, occasional rocky sections, a few stream crossings, and soft forest footing. Aid stations and relay exchange points are placed along the route to support runners.

Camp Harmony serves as race headquarters, packet pickup, and the start and finish area. Onsite options include tent camping and rustic cabins close to the start and finish, plus restrooms and shower facilities. After the race there is a campfire style meal and bonfire at the site.
Administrative details include registration deadlines, a no refund policy after January 1, 2026, deferral options through March 31, 2026, and bib transfers allowed until race day. Race proceeds support Camp Harmony youth programs and the regional running club. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
