Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k
The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 5k & 10k takes place in the South Park section of London's Olympic Park. This event supports Special Olympics Great Britain and utilizes a flat course on tarmac surfaces. Participants follow a looped route with a total elevation gain of approximately 3 meters.
The event offers two main distances:
- 5 km: A 2-lap course.
- 10 km: A 4-lap course.
The course features accurate distance flags at every kilometer marker. Portions of the race organization include chip-timed results and a team of marshals stationed along the route to guide runners toward the finish.
