The course is described as relatively flat.

Registered participants receive a participant number, a limited-edition medal, and a MUFG T-shirt. T-shirts may be collected in advance from MUFG Ropemaker and Westferry offices on 17 and 24 June, or at Paternoster Square on the day of the event.
Event logistics include a first aider positioned at the start, finish, and on the route. Pace runners and guides will be on the route to support participants. Water will be available at the finish line; participants may also carry their own water. A photographer will be present at the finish line. A participant information pack and full FAQs and terms and conditions are available for more detailed event information. A post-event gathering is planned at the Happenstance Bar in Paternoster Square. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
