2027 Oliver Triathlon : event details
The Oliver Triathlon takes place over a two-day weekend in Oliver, British Columbia, centered around Tucelnuit Lake. Saturday features Sprint and Standard events while Sunday includes a Long Course (half-Iron) and a Mixed Team Relay; aquabike and relay options are offered for several distances.
Swims occur in Tucelnuit Lake, with early June water temperatures listed around 18–22°C. Bike courses follow country roads that pass vineyards and scenic viewpoints. Run segments move through local neighbourhoods and alongside the Okanagan River.
All athletes must have valid race-day insurance. Triathlon BC members and reciprocating provincial members are covered by their annual membership; non-members and some out-of-province members must purchase a one-day TriBC membership. Race packet pickup is located at the Tucelnuit Elementary School gym with windows on the Friday before and on Saturday.
The event uses tiered registration pricing that changes by date and event type. Entries are non-refundable, though an optional third-party enhanced refund protection program is available at registration. The organizer publishes policies for transfers, sub-event changes, mandatory bike racking for Sunday athletes, and possible course or event changes due to permitting, weather, or safety.
