Event
The Oldbury White Horse Sprint Triathlon is a multisport event organised by LPS Events at Calne Community Campus, White Horse Way, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0SP. The event offers four race options and a free family fun run. All swimming takes place in a swimming pool. Cycling and running take place in the Wiltshire countryside.
- Triathlon - 250 m swim, 20 km cycle, 5 km run
- Triathlon - Team Relay - 250 m swim, 20 km cycle, 5 km run
- Duathlon - 5 km run, 20 km cycle, 5 km run
- Aquabike - 250 m swim, 20 km cycle, 300 m run
- Aquathlon - 250 m swim, 5 km run
Logistics
The event date is 3 May 2026. Entrants must be aged 15 or over on 31 December 2026. Standard entry fees range from £34.00 to £73.00 depending on the race type. An interest-free monthly payment plan is available; the first payment is taken at checkout and remaining payments are charged monthly. The organiser provides an Event Protection policy for entries.
Ample free parking is available at Calne Community Campus, with an overflow car park on the school tennis courts. Parking along the entrance road is not allowed for cyclist safety. The nearest bus stop is at the Strand, served by Stagecoach 55 with links from Swindon and Chippenham railway stations; it is about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute cycle to the venue.
