Old Town Street Festival 5K, Leander TX
The Old Town Street Festival 5K is organized by the Leander Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center in Old Town Leander on June 6, 2026. The event is a chip timed 5K that begins and finishes at Willis and Bagdad and follows streets through Old Town.
The course is described as mostly flat and fast with no hills or rough terrain. The event allows limited participation. Every 5K entrant receives a shirt of their choice and a custom color finisher's medal. All finishers receive a medal as they cross the finish line. An awards ceremony follows the race with first place gold medals in male and female divisions for the age groups 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
The race is stroller friendly and dog friendly; dogs must be on leashes and must be friendly. Packet pickup is available at the Leander Chamber of Commerce June 3 to June 5 from 9:00 to 17:00 only. Unclaimed packets may be picked up the following week and must be claimed by June 13 to receive a medal.
