Event Overview
Oklahoma Steps Against Skin Cancer is a fundraising event supporting people affected by skin cancer. Funds raised are donated to The Skin Cancer Foundation. The event takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, on the Eagle Trail on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University.

Key Information
The 5K is timed by 12:1 Running, and medals are awarded to the top 20 male and top 20 female finishers. Only 5K participants receive a race bib and need to check in before the event. Participants in the 1-mile event do not need to check in unless they are picking up a t-shirt. Packet pick-up for 5K participants is available on Friday, May 29, at the SSM Dermatology Center of Excellence in Oklahoma City. Check-in and registration are also available on race day at the Memorial Road Church of Christ parking lot, which is adjacent to the Eagle Trail. On-site registration is accepted until 9:00 AM.
Strollers and dogs on leashes are welcome at the event. The Tasty Snow food truck will be present, offering a discount to participants who show their race bib or vote for the "Best Team Name." The event will be held rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
