Ogwen | Yr Helgi Du 2026 is a mountain running event in Eryri's Ogwen Valley. It takes place on 12 April 2026 at Plas y Brenin, Capel Curig, Betws-y-Coed, UK. The routes pass through the Carneddau range and the 40K route also includes the Glyderau ridge, covering terrain on some of the highest mountains in England and Wales. The event is delivered as a skyrunning-style mountain race with technical trails and significant ascent.

Courses are marked and supported by Mountain Leader support, marshals, signage, energy stations and support vehicles. The event uses chip timing with online results. Onsite facilities include an event village area with music, commentary, shopping, food, drink and toilets. Participants receive a finisher memento; a Welsh slate coaster is listed among the prizes. The event is bilingual, with signs, registration and commentary available in English and Welsh. The event is listed as Skyrunning certified and UTMB indexed and works with partners that include ITRA.
