About the race
The Oceanic Khorfakkan Triathlon 26/27 Series is a multisport event organized by Oceanic Hotel in cooperation with Sharjah Sports Council and Endurance Sports Services. The series comprises two race dates: Series 1 on 1 November 2026 and Series 2 on 14 March 2027, both held in Khorfakkan. The race sequence is a swim in calm open water, followed by a bike leg on largely traffic free roads supervised by local police, and a run along the new jogging track on the Khorfakkan Corniche. Distances offered include: - Olympic - Sprint - Super Sprint - Junior Super Sprint Relay teams are permitted in mixed teams of two or three athletes.
The route is described as smooth with rolling hills and located about a 90 minute drive from Dubai. Event services include a race village with sporting goods, bike mechanics, coffee and refreshments. Registration includes a certificate, medal, photo service or download, refreshments, timing, breakfast for all participants, a T shirt and a swim cap.
An awards breakfast is included for registered athletes; additional breakfast tickets are available for accompanying guests for a fee. Accommodation rates are offered for on site stays at Oceanic Hotel with single and double room options and two night packages; bookings are available by direct WhatsApp contact through the organiser.
