Event Overview
The 7th Edition of the Fujairah International Triathlon is held in Fujairah City. The event is organized in association with the UAE Triathlon Federation.
Distances
The event offers multiple race formats:
- Olympic distance
- Sprint distance
- Super Sprint distance
- Junior Super Sprint distance Mixed relay teams of two or three athletes are also welcome to participate.
Course
The triathlon is described as scenic. The course is flat and smooth. The swim segment takes place in the calm waters of the ocean. The bike course uses traffic-free roads. The run is on a designated running track located just meters from the water's edge. Fujairah is approximately a 90-minute drive from Dubai.
Prizes
A total prize pool of 99,000 AED is available. Prizes are awarded across elite, age group, and relay categories. For individual races, first-place winners can earn between 3,000 and 4,000 AED. Relay team prizes are 4,000 AED for first place, 3,000 AED for second, and 2,000 AED for third.
