Race Details
The event features multiple support services, including two official water stations along the course and water available at the finish line. On-site facilities include portable toilets located within the park area, though none are provided along the race route itself. Participants in the 5k Run or 5k Ruck receive a t-shirt, while supplies last for late registrants. Those participating in the 1 Mile event receive finish times and are eligible for overall male and female awards.
Special Categories and Awards
The 5k Run offers awards for the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as the top three in five-year age groups. Results are distributed via email and posted as they become available. The 5k Ruck division requires participants to carry specific weight loads based on body weight (10lb or 20lb) to qualify for top finisher awards. All ruck finishers receive a patch. A bundle option is also available for those participating in both this event and the Seaside Half Marathon in October. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
